Seiberling Associates, Inc.
(SAI) was founded in 1976 and has built long term relationships with clients
in this nation and abroad by developing innovative, automated and cost
effective engineering solutions for clean and sterile process operations.
The extensive process and
automation experience of our staff enables SAI to understand the needs of
our client and their project partners, so we can tailor our services to
achieve the unique goals of each individual project.
The Seiberling
Philosophy involves developing and maintaining our staff for long term
employment to provide our clients with a stable workforce of experienced
personnel. This approach ensures project continuity from Conceptual Design
through Commissioning. Since the commissioning team is made up of the same
engineers who designed the facility, an efficient and effective
commissioning effort is assured. Our depth of experience and long term
employee commitment enables SAI to offer our clients continuity of project
personnel, project to project, over many years.
SAI engineers have
educational backgrounds in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, and Food
Engineering as well as Food Science and Biochemistry. All of our engineers
receive cross training in both process design, automation, and commissioning
as we feel “one will not succeed without the other”. This provides our
engineering staff, regardless of their degree, with a broad-based
perspective which promotes effective project communications with our client
and project partners.
