Problems with the commissioning of previous projects had the client searching for a better approach.

Previous start-ups had been staffed with field service technicians who had limited knowledge of the process/CIP design or software development, and the history behind the decision making process as the project progressed from concept to commissioning. The end result was an extended start-up with too much downtime resulting in lost production, and a system with too many uncompleted punch-list items.

Our approach for this client (and for all of our clients) was to provide a skilled and knowledgeable engineering team who stayed with the project from the brainstorming of conceptual ideas to start-up of the plant to finished product and training of operating and maintenance personnel. And, we continue to provide on-going support to the client from troubleshooting of maintenance issues to implementing further process improvements with the same knowledgeable personnel.
