SAI recognizes the value of modular software that can be applied to a wide variety of process & CIP applications to control the development cost and promote quality programs. We utilize modular software and S88 concepts with the appropriate software technologies for each project.

SAI provides software applications to its clients that are complete prior to startup.  Our standard practice is to provide a fully developed application that can be appropriately tested in-house and reviewed by the client prior to the on-site commissioning phase.

SAI’s automation services center around PLC based control systems utilizing HMI (Human Machine Interfaces) & SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to provide the primary operator interface and data collection functions. SAI provides the following services:
